<p>Our basic policy is to provide stable and continuous profit returns to shareholders by comprehensively considering profit distribution based on business performance and internal reserves needed to strengthen our management foundation. Starting next fiscal year, we will adopt a shareholder return target with a minimum dividend on equity (DOE) of 2.5%, with year-end dividends as our standard practice.</p>
