<h3 class="smt_head2">3 [Dividend Policy]</h3><p class="smt_text2" style="orphans:0;widows:0;">The Company recognizes enhancing corporate value through business growth and expansion as its highest priority, while also positioning the return of profits to shareholders as an important management objective. Regarding profit distribution, the Company will consider dividends based on business performance, taking into comprehensive account the strengthening of internal reserves in preparation for future growth and expansion strategies.</p><p class="smt_text2" style="orphans:0;widows:0;">When implementing dividends, the Company's basic policy is to pay dividends from retained earnings once per fiscal year as a year-end dividend. The decision-making body for such dividend payments is the shareholders' meeting. The Company's articles of incorporation also provide that interim dividends may be paid by resolution of the board of directors. The Company currently recognizes itself to be in a growth phase and prioritizes allocating internally retained funds acquired through business operations to growth investments for business expansion. Accordingly, no dividend is being paid for the current fiscal year.</p><p class="smt_text6" style="orphans:0;widows:0;"> </p>
