<p>Regarding dividends, we are committed to implementing them on a continuous and stable basis. Dividend decisions are made by taking into account each period's business performance and dividend payout ratio, among other factors. We target a dividend payout ratio of approximately 30% for the time being. As a basic policy, we implement dividends twice per year by Board of Directors resolution. Retained earnings are allocated to investments necessary for future growth, while we work to improve profitability and strengthen our financial position.</p>
