<p>Our basic dividend policy is to continue stable dividends based on performance, targeting a dividend payout ratio of 30% while maintaining a minimum dividend per share of 40 yen. We pay dividends twice a year (interim and year-end). We allocate retained earnings to research and development and capital expenditures, with the aim of expanding our business and strengthening our competitive position.</p>
