<h3>3. Dividend Policy</h3>
We recognize that returning profits to shareholders appropriately is important, and that implementing dividend distributions while maintaining a proper balance with retained earnings is a key management priority going forward. However, since our business is currently in a growth stage, we believe that strengthening our internal reserves and allocating funds to investments for future business expansion and strengthening our financial position will ultimately deliver the greatest returns to shareholders. Accordingly, we do not currently pay dividends.
While our policy is to implement profit returns to shareholders in the future based on each period's operating results and financial condition, the possibility of implementing dividends and the timing of such implementation remain undetermined at this time.
Our Articles of Incorporation provide that matters specified in Article 459, Paragraph 1 of the Companies Act, including dividend distributions, may be determined by Board of Directors resolution without requiring a shareholders' meeting resolution, except where otherwise provided by law. We have also adopted the interim dividend system under Article 454, Paragraph 5 of the Companies Act, and our Articles of Incorporation provide that interim dividends may be paid by Board of Directors resolution with December 31 as the reference date each year.

Our basic dividend policy is to implement appropriate dividends while maintaining a balance with retained earnings. However, since we are currently in a business growth stage, we prioritize building up retained earnings and do not currently pay dividends. Going forward, we plan to return value to shareholders by taking into account each period's operating results and financial condition. We have adopted an interim dividend system.
