<p style="margin-left: 24px; line-height: 19.333333333333333333333333333px; text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph">　The Company takes a long-term perspective to strengthen its financial position and management foundation, while maintaining appropriate profit returns to shareholders as a basic management policy. Retained earnings are allocated to effective investment activities for future growth, such as research and development and product development, with the aim of enhancing the Company's competitive strength.<br/>　The Company's basic policy is to pay dividends twice annually—interim dividends and year-end dividends. The year-end dividend is determined by the shareholders' meeting, while the interim dividend is determined by the board of directors. The Company aims to create social value through business expansion and share the results with shareholders, employees, society, and the Company itself, thereby strengthening relationships with all stakeholders and pursuing sustained improvement in corporate value. The Company has set a target dividend payout ratio of 20%.<br/>　The Company's articles of incorporation provide that "the board of directors may declare interim dividends with June 30 of each year as the record date."<br/>　Regarding dividends for the 50th fiscal period, no dividend was paid due to the need to strengthen internal reserves.</p>
