<p>As the company is currently in a growth phase, we are focused on building up retained earnings for the time being. These retained earnings will be used to strengthen our revenue base through research and development investments, talent acquisition, and new business development. In the future, we will consider returning profits to shareholders based on our operating results and financial condition. However, the timing of dividend implementation has not been determined. Should we implement dividends, we plan to distribute them once annually as a year-end dividend.</p>
