<h3>3. Dividend Policy</h3>
The Company prioritizes maintaining stable, continuous dividend payments while securing internal reserves necessary for future business development and strengthening its financial position. The Company's basic dividend policy is progressive dividends.
The Company will utilize retained earnings effectively as funds for future business expansion, taking into consideration its financial condition.
The Company's basic policy is to pay dividends once per fiscal year as year-end dividends. Pursuant to Article 459, Paragraph 1 of the Companies Act, the Company's Articles of Incorporation provide that matters specified in each item may be determined by Board of Directors resolution, except where otherwise provided by law. The Company's Articles of Incorporation stipulate that when paying dividends from surplus, the Board of Directors is the decision-making body, and the Company may pay year-end dividends with a record date of May 31 each year, interim dividends with a record date of November 30 each year, or dividends with other specified record dates.
For the current fiscal year, based on the above policy, the dividend per share was set at 13.5 yen. As a result, the dividend payout ratio for the current fiscal year was 15.3%.
