<p>Our basic dividend policy is to provide continuous and stable dividends, with profit distribution adjusted according to business performance. The dividend amount is determined by taking into account the level of profits and internal reserves needed to strengthen our equity base, with dividends paid once annually at the fiscal year-end as a general rule. Internal reserves are allocated to capital investments for expanding production facilities, improving production efficiency, and strengthening product development capabilities.</p>
