<h3>3. Dividend Policy</h3>
Our basic policy is to pay year-end dividends and interim dividends based on business performance. However, the Company is currently in a stage of advance investment in research and development. Since our establishment, we have not paid dividends to shareholders. Going forward, we plan to continue substantial research and development activities requiring significant advance investment. Therefore, our policy is to prioritize securing funds for ongoing research and development activities rather than paying dividends in the near term. That said, we recognize that returning profits to shareholders is an important management priority, and we intend to consider dividend payments while taking into account our business performance and financial condition.
When dividends are paid, the year-end dividend is determined by shareholder vote at the general shareholders' meeting. The Company's articles of incorporation provide that interim dividends as prescribed under the Companies Act may be paid by board of directors resolution.
