Our basic policy is to maintain stable corporate growth and retain sufficient internal reserves to adapt to changes in the business environment, while continuously returning profits to shareholders in line with our business performance.The Company's standard dividend policy is to pay dividends once per year as a year-end dividend. The Board of Directors makes dividend decisions. The Company's articles of incorporation also provide for the possibility of interim dividends.Regarding dividends for the current fiscal year, due to insufficient retained earnings available for dividend distribution, we regret to announce no dividend payment. We remain committed to improving business performance and will work toward resuming dividends at the earliest opportunity.

Our basic dividend policy is to secure internal reserves necessary for stable future corporate growth and to adapt to changes in the business environment, while providing continuous profit returns in line with management performance. Dividends are paid once annually as a year-end dividend as a general rule, with the Board of Directors serving as the decision-making body for dividend determinations.
