<h3>3. Dividend Policy</h3>
<p style="margin-left: 24px; text-align: left">The Company views returning profits to shareholders as one of its important management priorities. As a basic policy, the Company distributes surplus earnings twice annually through interim dividends and year-end dividends. The interim dividend is decided by the Board of Directors, while the year-end dividend is decided by the General Meeting of Shareholders.</p>
<p style="margin-left: 24px; text-align: left">However, the Internet-related industry to which the Company belongs is significantly affected by environmental changes. We believe that aggressively expanding our business operations, securing the competitive advantage of our Group's services, strengthening our management and operational execution structure, and establishing a stable revenue base will lead to increased corporate value. For this reason, we currently plan to forgo dividends and focus on establishing a stable revenue base.</p>
<p style="margin-left: 24px; text-align: left">The Company's Articles of Incorporation provide that interim dividends may be paid in accordance with Article 454, Paragraph 5 of the Companies Act.</p>

<p>While the basic policy is to pay dividends twice annually—an interim dividend and a year-end dividend—given the significant environmental changes in the internet-related industry, the company currently prioritizes establishing a stable revenue base without paying dividends. The company places emphasis on increasing corporate value through business expansion, securing service superiority, and strengthening its management structure.</p>
