Dividend Policy
<p>Our basic policy is to maintain stable dividends while working toward improving dividend amounts, with a target consolidated payout ratio of 35% or higher as outlined in our medium-term management plan. We will distribute dividends twice annually through interim and year-end dividend payments. Retained earnings will be allocated to capital expenditures for business expansion and development or enhancement of new businesses, with the aim of increasing corporate value.</p>
