Dividend Policy
<p>Our basic dividend policy is to provide stable returns with a dividend payout ratio of approximately 40%, and we pay dividends twice annually. Under our new medium-term management plan for fiscal years 2025 through 2029, we target a Dividend on Equity (DOE) of at least 4.5% with a goal of 5%, and aim for a total payout ratio of 50% on a cumulative basis over the three-year period from fiscal 2025 to 2027. We allocate retained earnings to growth investments, including expansion of existing businesses, new business investments, and M&A activities.</p>
