<h3>3. Dividend Policy</h3>
The Company recognizes returning profits to shareholders as one of its important policies. Our approach to dividend decisions takes into account the need to maintain sufficient internal reserves to support investments in research and development.
When distributing surplus earnings, we plan to pay dividends once per year at the fiscal year-end. The decision-making body for dividend payments is the shareholders' meeting.
Additionally, our Articles of Incorporation provide that the Board of Directors may declare interim dividends with a record date of July 31 each year.
For the current fiscal period, no distributable surplus exists under Article 461 of the Companies Act and Article 149 of the Regulations on Company Accounting, resulting in no dividend payment. For the foreseeable future, we plan to maintain no dividend payments to actively pursue pharmaceutical research and development, allocating all profits from earnings to research and development activities.
