<p>Our basic dividend policy is to secure internal reserves for new drug development and strengthening our management foundation, while providing continuous and stable dividends in consideration of our business performance and cash flow situation. We plan to pay dividends twice annually as a basic policy: interim dividends and year-end dividends. We will effectively utilize retained earnings as a resource that contributes to strengthening our corporate foundation, achieving sustainable profit growth, and returning profits to shareholders.</p>
