Management Policy

Riken Vitamin has established a medium- to long-term vision as its growth strategy: "to become a growing company that supports a sustainable society through specialty products and services." To realize this vision, the company aims to achieve operating profit of 13.5 billion yen, an overseas sales ratio of 35%, and ROE of 10–12% by fiscal year 2034.

The company has positioned the Asia and North America markets as growth drivers and is strengthening its sales operations in these regions. Specifically, it is establishing new sales subsidiaries in Thailand and Vietnam, and expanding production capacity at its manufacturing subsidiaries in China and the United States. These initiatives are accelerating business expansion in overseas markets.

Domestically, the company is making capital investments to improve productivity and reduce labor requirements in response to aging facilities and labor shortages. It is also investing to expand specialty product production and building a new organizational structure that removes barriers between domestic and international operations.

Riken Vitamin is advancing the development of market-creating products and revitalization of existing products in its domestic food business. In foodservice products, it is strengthening proposals for the prepared and ready-to-eat market. In food processing ingredients, it is enhancing proposals for food loss reduction and health-related markets.

As part of its non-financial strategy, the company is advancing research and development that addresses social issues, building human resources systems, and strengthening group governance. Through these efforts, it aims to contribute to the realization of a sustainable society while enhancing corporate value.
