<h3>3. Dividend Policy</h3>
The Company recognizes returning profits to shareholders as an important management priority. However, we believe that the greatest benefit to shareholders comes from strengthening our financial position and building internal reserves for business expansion, which we will use to invest in diversifying our revenue base and enhancing our earning capacity.
Based on this principle, we have not paid dividends since our founding. Going forward, our policy is to continue building internal reserves in the near term.
We plan to use internal reserves to strengthen our financial position and invest in diversifying our revenue base and enhancing our earning capacity, including expanding and developing our workforce.
In the future, while strengthening our earning capacity and establishing our business foundation, we intend to provide shareholders with stable and continuous profit returns, taking into account the status of our internal reserves and the business environment surrounding the Company. However, the timing and feasibility of dividend implementation remain undetermined at this time.
The decision-making body for surplus dividends is the shareholders' meeting for year-end dividends and the Board of Directors for interim dividends. Our basic policy is to pay dividends once per year as year-end dividends. Additionally, our articles of incorporation provide that interim dividends may be implemented by Board of Directors resolution.

The company has adopted a basic policy of not paying dividends at this time while focusing on building up retained earnings. Retained earnings will be used to strengthen the financial position, expand and develop personnel, diversify the revenue base, and invest in enhancing profitability. While the company intends to implement stable and continuous profit returns to shareholders in the future, the timing of dividend implementation has not been determined. When dividends are implemented, the basic policy is to pay them once per year.
