Dividend Policy
<p>Our basic dividend policy is to balance internal reserves and dividends based on consideration of the business environment, financial condition, and operating results. We will pay dividends twice annually—interim and year-end dividends—and aim for a consolidated dividend payout ratio of approximately 50% through the fiscal year ending March 2026. We plan to invest retained earnings primarily in enhancing competitiveness in our System Solutions and Engineering Solutions businesses, as well as in research and development and product development for our GPS business.</p>
