<h3>3. Dividend Policy</h3>
The Company recognizes that it is currently in a growth phase and believes that building up internal reserves is important for investing in business expansion and organizational development. Accordingly, the Company has not paid dividends since its establishment. However, the Company recognizes returning profits to shareholders as an important management priority. We are considering implementing continuous and stable dividends while comprehensively taking into account the status of business foundation development, investment plans, business performance, and financial condition.
The Company intends to effectively utilize retained earnings as funds for investing in business expansion and organizational development.
When the Company pays dividends from surplus, the basic policy is to pay year-end dividends once per year. The Articles of Incorporation provide that interim dividends may also be paid once per year. The Articles of Incorporation stipulate that dividend decisions, whether for year-end or interim dividends, may be made by Board of Directors resolution.

The company is currently in a growth phase and prioritizes building up retained earnings to fund business expansion and organizational development. As a result, no dividends have been paid to date. The company will consider implementing continuous and stable dividends in the future, taking into comprehensive account the status of business foundation development, business performance, and financial condition. Should dividends be implemented, the basic policy is to pay dividends once per year at the fiscal year-end.
