<h3 class="smt_head2">3 [Dividend Policy]</h3>The Company is not currently paying dividends in order to support future business expansion and strengthen its financial position. However, we recognize the importance of returning profits to shareholders. Going forward, while securing the internal reserves necessary for strengthening earnings capacity and establishing our business foundation, we intend to implement stable and continuous dividends to shareholders in light of the business environment surrounding the Company. At this time, the possibility of implementing dividends and the timing of such implementation remain undetermined.When distributing surplus earnings, our Articles of Incorporation provide that year-end dividends shall be paid once per fiscal year as a general rule, and interim dividends may be paid once per year in addition. The Board of Directors decides on interim dividends, while the General Meeting of Shareholders decides on year-end dividends.

The Company does not currently pay dividends. However, our policy is to implement stable and continuous dividends in the future while securing retained earnings necessary for strengthening profitability and building our business foundation. When dividends are paid, year-end dividends are the standard, conducted once per fiscal year. Interim dividends may also be paid once per year.
