<h3>3 [Dividend Policy]</h3>
　The Company recognizes the importance of appropriately returning profits to shareholders. Our basic policy is to implement stable shareholder returns while maintaining a balance between retained earnings and profit distribution.
　For fiscal periods 18 through 20 (May 2025 through May 2027), the Company has established a medium-term financial policy targeting continued solid revenue growth and accelerated adjusted operating profit growth. In addition to this policy, we will comprehensively consider our current financial position, stock price trends, and share dilution from stock option issuance and exercise. Based on this analysis, we will actively consider share buybacks as part of our shareholder return strategy.
　In the current fiscal year, as our business is in a growth phase, we believe that strengthening our financial position and building up retained earnings to fund necessary investments for business expansion will deliver the greatest returns to shareholders. Accordingly, we are forgoing dividends at this time.
　The Company's articles of incorporation provide that matters specified in Article 459, Paragraph 1 of the Companies Act regarding dividend distributions may be determined by board of directors resolution, except where otherwise provided by law. When dividends are paid, our basic policy is to implement them twice annually—at the interim and fiscal year-end periods.

Our basic policy is to provide stable shareholder returns while maintaining a balance with retained earnings. We plan to pay dividends twice per year as a general rule. We will use retained earnings for investments necessary to expand our business, and we will also consider opportunistic share buybacks.
