<h3 class="smt_head2">3 [Dividend Policy]</h3><p class="smt_text2" style="orphans:0;widows:0;">We recognize returning profits to shareholders as an important management priority. When deciding on profit distribution measures, we will implement them after fully considering our financial condition, business performance, cash flow status, and future business plans. We are not paying dividends in the current fiscal year. This is because our company is currently in a growth phase, and we believe that strengthening our internal reserves, reinforcing our corporate foundation, improving operational efficiency, and investing in business expansion will ultimately deliver the greatest returns to our shareholders.</p><p class="smt_text2" style="orphans:0;widows:0;">When we distribute surplus profits, we will base our policy on one year-end dividend per year, with the decision made by the shareholders' meeting. Additionally, our articles of incorporation provide that the board of directors may declare an interim dividend with a record date of June 30 each year.</p><p class="smt_text6" style="orphans:0;widows:0;"> </p>

<p>We determine profit returns to shareholders by taking into account our financial position, business performance, cash flow situation, and business plans. When we do pay dividends, we implement them once annually as a year-end dividend.</p>
