<h3>3. Dividend Policy</h3>
The Company is in a growth phase and prioritizes strengthening its financial position and investing in business expansion to enhance corporate value. Therefore, the Company does not currently pay dividends. We believe that building up retained earnings and allocating them to operational efficiency improvements and business expansion investments will provide the greatest return of profits to shareholders. To maximize corporate value, we intend to focus on building retained earnings in the near term. However, in the future, while maintaining sufficient retained earnings necessary for strengthening our financial position and expanding our business, we plan to provide stable and continuous profit returns to shareholders based on each fiscal year's operating results and business environment. Specifically, we plan to implement continuous shareholder returns with a dividend payout ratio of 20% or more, targeting the time when after-tax profit reaches 500 million yen.
We intend to effectively utilize retained earnings as funds for strengthening our financial position toward long-term stability of our management foundation and for realizing continuous expansion and development of our business.
The Company's Articles of Incorporation provide that, based on Article 459, Paragraph 1 of the Companies Act, the Board of Directors may resolve to pay dividends from surplus.
Regarding the frequency of dividend payments, our basic policy is to pay dividends twice per year: interim dividends and year-end dividends.
The Board of Directors is the decision-making body for these dividend payments.

As we are in a growth phase, we are currently prioritizing the buildup of retained earnings and investment in operational efficiency and business expansion. Once we achieve after-tax profits of 500 million yen, we plan to implement continuous shareholder returns based on a dividend payout ratio of 20% or higher, with semi-annual dividends as our basic policy.
