<h3>3. Dividend Policy</h3>
The Company has not paid dividends since its founding, prioritizing the accumulation of retained earnings necessary for future business development and strengthening of financial position. While the Company recognizes profit distribution to shareholders as one of its most important management priorities, our current policy focuses on building up retained earnings. The Company intends to use retained earnings effectively as funding for recruiting talented personnel and as reserves to respond to anticipated changes in the business environment.
In the future, the Company will consider profit distribution to shareholders taking into account its financial condition and operating results. However, the possibility of implementing dividends and the timing of such implementation remain undetermined at this time.
When the Company distributes surplus earnings, its basic policy is to implement year-end dividends once annually. The Company's articles of incorporation provide that the Board of Directors may also resolve to distribute surplus earnings to enable flexible profit returns to shareholders. Additionally, the Company's articles of incorporation provide that interim dividends as prescribed in Article 454, Paragraph 5 of the Companies Act may be implemented by Board of Directors resolution.

The company has maintained a no-dividend policy since its founding to prioritize building internal reserves for future business expansion and strengthening its financial position.
