<h3>3. Dividend Policy</h3>
The Company's basic policy on profit distribution is to continue progressive dividends to shareholders while pursuing growth investments and strengthening management fundamentals for the future, and to improve dividend levels in accordance with business performance and profit levels.
Based on this policy, after comprehensively reviewing business performance and other factors, the Company plans to resolve a year-end dividend of 25 yen per share at the ordinary general meeting of shareholders scheduled for September 25, 2025. Combined with the interim dividend of 25 yen, the annual dividend is expected to be 50 yen per share, an increase of 10 yen per share from 40 yen in the previous fiscal year.
The decision-making bodies for these dividend distributions are the shareholders' meeting for year-end dividends and the board of directors for interim dividends.
The dividend distributions for this fiscal year are as follows.

Our basic policy is to continue progressive dividend increases while making growth investments for the future and strengthening our management foundation. We aim to improve dividend levels in accordance with our business performance and profit levels. We implement dividends twice a year: a final dividend decided at the shareholders' meeting and an interim dividend decided by the board of directors.
