<h3>3. Dividend Policy</h3>
The Company recognizes returning profits to shareholders as an important management priority. Our basic policy is to maintain stable and continuous dividend payments in line with business performance, while securing necessary internal reserves for future business development and strengthening our financial position.
The Company's basic policy is to pay dividends twice annually: interim dividends and year-end dividends. The interim dividend is decided by the Board of Directors, and the year-end dividend is decided by the General Meeting of Shareholders. The Company's Articles of Incorporation provide that interim dividends may be paid with June 30 as the record date, based on Board of Directors resolutions.
However, as our performance in the current fiscal year fell short of initial projections, we have decided, taking into account our dividend policy and recent business trends, to pay no dividend for the year-end dividend with a record date of December 31, 2024. We sincerely regret this decision.
Regarding the fiscal year ending December 2025, while the dividend forecast remains undecided given the uncertain outlook ahead, we will make every effort to resume dividend payments as soon as possible.
We intend to effectively utilize retained earnings for capital investments to realize continuous business expansion and development, as well as to strengthen our financial position for long-term stability of our business foundation.

Our basic policy is to maintain internal reserves necessary for future business development and strengthening our management foundation, while implementing stable and continuous dividends in accordance with our business performance. Dividends are paid twice annually as a general rule: interim dividends and year-end dividends. We plan to effectively utilize retained earnings for capital expenditures and strengthening our financial position.
