However, as of the end of the current fiscal year, we prioritize enhancing shareholder value per share through retained earnings and reinvestment. The timing and implementation of dividend payments remain undetermined. We will continue to prioritize business expansion through strategic investments to increase shareholder value. Looking ahead, we will consider the best approach to provide economic benefits primarily to shareholders and investors who intend to hold our shares over the medium to long term, taking into account our business progress and operating environment.<br/>　When dividends are paid, our basic policy is to implement year-end dividends once annually, with the shareholders' meeting as the decision-making body. The Company's articles of incorporation also allow interim dividends to be approved by board resolution.</p><p class="smt_text6" style="orphans:0;widows:0;line-height:20pt;">　</p>
