<h3>3. Dividend Policy</h3>
Our Group recognizes the importance of returning profits to shareholders appropriately. Our basic policy is to implement stable dividends while maintaining a balance between profit distribution and retained earnings.
However, as of the date of this document, our business is still in a growth stage. We believe that strengthening our financial position and building up retained earnings for business expansion—which will be allocated to growth investments—represents the maximum profit return to shareholders. Accordingly, we have decided to pay no dividends for the time being.
In the future, we intend to implement stable profit returns to shareholders while strengthening our earnings capacity and establishing our business foundation, taking into account our retained earnings position and the business environment. However, the timing and feasibility of dividend payments remain undetermined at this time.
Retained earnings will be allocated to research and development investments for further business expansion, as well as to human resource recruitment and development.
When we do pay dividends, our basic policy is to distribute surplus once annually through year-end dividends based on shareholder meeting resolutions. However, our Articles of Incorporation provide that interim dividends may be paid based on June 30 each year by board resolution, in accordance with Article 454(5) of the Companies Act. We will consider implementing interim dividends as we monitor business performance.

Our basic dividend policy is to maintain stable dividends while balancing retained earnings. However, as we are currently in a growth stage, we plan to retain all earnings for the time being and allocate retained earnings to business expansion investments. When dividends are implemented, we will primarily pay annual year-end dividends, though interim dividends are also possible. Retained earnings will be used for research and development and human capital investments.
