<h3>3. Dividend Policy</h3>
The Company currently does not pay dividends, as it prioritizes stabilizing operations and building internal reserves.
Following our listing, our basic policy is to pay dividends on a continuous and stable basis, taking into comprehensive consideration both profit returns to shareholders and the strengthening of internal reserves, while also considering profitability, growth potential, and improvements to our corporate structure. We target a total shareholder return ratio of 50% or more, combining dividends and share buybacks. Retained earnings will be allocated to strengthening our management foundation, including increases in shareholders' equity, and to investments in future business development.
The Company's Articles of Incorporation provide for interim dividends as prescribed in Article 454, Paragraph 5 of the Companies Act. The decision-making body for dividend distributions is the shareholders' meeting for year-end dividends and the Board of Directors for interim dividends. The record date for year-end dividends is April 30 each year, and the record date for interim dividends is October 31 each year.

Our basic policy is to provide continuous and stable dividends. We aim for a total payout ratio of 50% or more, combining dividends and share buybacks. We retain earnings to strengthen our business foundation and fund future business investments. We have established a system to enable dividend payments twice per year.
