<p>Our basic dividend policy is to maintain stable dividends while returning profits in line with business performance. We determine the dividend amount with a consolidated payout ratio of approximately 30% as our target, and set an annual minimum dividend of 10 yen per share. Dividends are paid once annually as a year-end dividend, taking into account retained earnings needed for future business development.</p>
