<p>Our basic policy is to continue providing stable and appropriate profit returns to shareholders, with a consolidated payout ratio target of 40%. We distribute dividends twice annually through interim and year-end dividends. We also work to maintain internal reserves for business growth and improved profitability, including efforts to expand orders, pursue M&A opportunities, develop talent, and invest in technology.</p>
