<h3>3. Dividend Policy</h3>
The Company aims to enhance corporate value over the medium to long term. We recognize that securing necessary retained earnings for future business expansion and strengthening our financial position, while also providing stable and continuous profit returns to our shareholders, are both important management priorities.
Based on this policy, we determine dividend amounts with an annual dividend payout ratio of approximately 20% as our target.
Regarding dividend distributions, we principally pay dividends once annually at the fiscal year-end. The Board of Directors makes dividend decisions. Our Articles of Incorporation also provide that the Board of Directors may declare interim dividends with a record date of February 28 each year.
For the current fiscal year, we are prioritizing internal reserves for business expansion and strengthening our financial foundation, and therefore are not paying dividends.
