<h3>3. Dividend Policy</h3>
　The Company prioritizes securing internal reserves necessary for future business development and strengthening its financial position, with the aim of improving corporate value on a medium to long-term and sustainable basis. Since its establishment, the Company has not paid dividends. In the current fiscal year, the Company intends to use retained earnings as funds for growth, including personnel expenses and recruitment costs aimed at strengthening human resources in the development division.
　The Company recognizes that providing stable profit returns to shareholders is an important management issue for enhancing corporate value from multiple perspectives. Regarding future profit distribution, the Company will implement dividends appropriately, based on the establishment of a business structure that realizes stable profit generation and in harmony with capital requirements for future business expansion and revenue growth, as well as the Company's financial condition.
　When the Company distributes surplus earnings, its basic policy is to pay dividends once per fiscal year at the fiscal year-end. The decision-making body for dividend distribution is the shareholders' meeting. The Company's articles of incorporation also provide that interim dividends as prescribed in Article 454, Paragraph 5 of the Companies Act may be paid by resolution of the board of directors.
