<h3 class="smt_head2">3 [Dividend Policy]</h3>The Company recognizes returning profits to shareholders as an important management strategy. However, as the Company is currently in a growth phase, we prioritize building internal reserves to prepare for strategic investments in service enhancement, talent acquisition, and strengthening our operational foundation. During this fiscal year, we prioritized securing internal reserves and did not pay dividends for the reasons stated above.We intend to use internal reserve funds for strengthening our financial position, diversifying our revenue base through personnel expansion and development, and investments to enhance profitability.Since its establishment, the Company has not paid dividends. However, in the future, we will consider returning profits to shareholders by taking into account the business environment, financial condition, and internal reserve status. The specific timing and details of dividend implementation, as well as whether dividends will be paid in the future, remain undetermined.When surplus dividends are paid, our basic policy is to distribute dividends twice annually: interim dividends and year-end dividends.Based on Article 459, Paragraph 1 of the Companies Act, the Company has established articles of incorporation providing that year-end dividends shall have a record date of September 30 and interim dividends shall have a record date of March 31, with dividend distributions determined by Board of Directors resolution. The Board of Directors is the decision-making body for dividends.

As we are currently in a growth phase, our policy prioritizes building up internal reserves to prepare for strategic investments in service enhancement and talent acquisition. We will use these internal reserves for investments that strengthen our financial position and diversify our revenue base. Our basic policy is to implement dividends twice per year in the future.
