<h3>3. Dividend Policy</h3>
The Company prioritizes providing stable, continuous dividends to shareholders. However, dividend decisions are made comprehensively, taking into account business performance, retained earnings, dividend payout ratio, and other relevant factors.
The Company's basic policy is to distribute dividends twice annually: an interim dividend and a year-end dividend. The year-end dividend is decided by either the Board of Directors or the General Shareholders' Meeting, while the interim dividend is decided by the Board of Directors.
However, for the current fiscal year, the Company plans to suspend dividends in light of current business conditions. Going forward, the Company aims to resume dividends as soon as possible by working to improve business performance.
The Company's Articles of Incorporation provide that "the Board of Directors may distribute surplus funds and other dividends pursuant to Article 459, Paragraph 1 of the Companies Act."

Our basic policy is to prioritize the continuation of stable dividends while comprehensively considering management performance, the adequacy of retained earnings, dividend payout ratio, and other factors when determining dividends. We distribute dividends twice annually as a basic policy: interim dividends and year-end dividends.
