However, we recognize that returning profits to shareholders is an important management priority. We will comprehensively evaluate our financial condition, operating results, and overall management situation, and will consider paying dividends while ensuring we maintain sufficient retained earnings for future business development and strengthening our operational foundation.Going forward, we will make decisions by comprehensively considering our business performance, dividend payout ratio, and future growth strategies. However, at this time, the possibility of implementing dividends and the timing of such implementation remain undetermined. We intend to allocate retained earnings to talent recruitment and development, research and development, and strengthening our administrative functions in connection with business expansion, all of which are necessary for our current operations and future growth.When the Company pays dividends from surplus, it is our basic policy to pay dividends once per fiscal year at the fiscal year-end, with the shareholders' meeting serving as the decision-making body for year-end dividends. Additionally, our Articles of Incorporation provide that interim dividends may be paid by board of directors resolution.

We will comprehensively assess our financial condition and business performance to determine dividend payments while maintaining adequate retained earnings. At this time, the possibility and timing of dividend implementation remain undecided. Should we implement dividends, we will distribute them once annually as a year-end dividend.
