<h3>3. Dividend Policy</h3>
The Company's basic policy is to maintain stable, ongoing dividends while securing sufficient retained earnings necessary for future business development and strengthening of our financial position.
The Company's dividend distribution is based on year-end dividends paid once annually. The shareholders' meeting is the decision-making body for year-end dividends. Additionally, the Company's articles of incorporation provide that interim dividends may be paid by board of directors resolution, with December 31 as the reference date each year.
Retained earnings will be invested effectively to strengthen our financial condition, enhance our technology and development capabilities to meet market needs in response to anticipated changes in the business environment, and expand our services through increased staffing.
The timing and possibility of future dividend payments remain undetermined.
