<p>We determine our dividend policy by comprehensively considering each period's business performance, the sustainability of stable dividends, and retained earnings. We have adopted a progressive dividend policy that, in principle, avoids dividend cuts and maintains or increases dividends year-over-year. Our basic policy is to distribute dividends twice annually through interim and year-end dividends. Retained earnings are allocated to research and development, capital expenditures, and M&A activities to enhance corporate value.</p>
