<h3>3. Dividend Policy</h3>
<p style="margin-left: 24px; text-align: left">The Company has not paid dividends since its establishment. However, we recognize that returning profits to shareholders is an important management priority. That said, we believe the Company is currently in a growth stage. We are focused on building internal reserves and allocating funds toward future business development and investments to strengthen our operational foundation. We believe this approach will maximize shareholder value through further business expansion.</p>
<p style="margin-left: 24px; text-align: left">Going forward, we intend to implement profit returns to shareholders while taking into account the operating results and financial condition of each fiscal year. However, at this time, the possibility of implementing dividends and the timing of such implementation remain undetermined.</p>
<p style="margin-left: 24px; text-align: left">The Company's articles of incorporation provide for the possibility of interim dividends. The decision-making authority for dividends is the Board of Directors for interim dividends and the General Meeting of Shareholders for year-end dividends.</p>

<p>The company is currently in a growth phase. We believe that maximizing shareholder value is best achieved by building up retained earnings and allocating them to investments for future business expansion and strengthening our management foundation. While we are committed to returning profits to shareholders in the future by taking into account our operating results and financial position in each fiscal year, the possibility and timing of dividend payments remain undetermined. Our articles of incorporation allow for interim dividends.</p>
