<h3>3. Dividend Policy</h3>
The Company considers business expansion and strengthening of its business foundation to be important management objectives. We recognize that building up internal reserves is a critical task for stable growth. At the same time, we also recognize the importance of providing stable and continuous profit returns to our shareholders.
The Company's basic policy is to pay dividends once per year as a year-end dividend, with the decision made at the shareholders' meeting.
Regarding the year-end dividend with a record date of February 28, 2025, taking into account the Company's current business performance and future business developments, we regret to inform you that no dividend will be paid.
The Company's Articles of Incorporation provide that interim dividends may be paid annually with a record date of August 31, subject to a resolution by the Board of Directors.

We prioritize building up internal reserves to expand our business scale and strengthen our operational foundation. At the same time, we recognize the importance of providing stable and consistent returns to our shareholders. Our basic dividend policy is to pay dividends once per year at the fiscal year-end. Our articles of incorporation also allow for interim dividends if deemed appropriate.
