<h3>3. Dividend Policy</h3>
The Company views returning profits to shareholders alongside strengthening its financial position and securing competitive advantage as important management priorities. We currently consider ourselves to be in a growth phase and believe that building up retained earnings and allocating them to business efficiency improvements and expansion investments will provide the greatest return to shareholders. Based on this view, we have not paid dividends since our founding and intend to maintain this basic policy going forward, securing necessary retained earnings to support future business development and strengthen our financial structure. However, the Company recognizes that returning profits to shareholders is also an important management issue. We intend to consider profit distributions to shareholders in the future while taking into account the operating results of each fiscal year. At this time, however, the possibility of implementing dividends and the timing of such implementation remain undetermined.
We intend to use retained earnings effectively as funds for strengthening our financial position, improving business efficiency, and supporting continuous business expansion.
When distributing surplus earnings, our basic policy is to implement year-end dividends once annually, with the shareholders' meeting serving as the decision-making body. The Company's articles of incorporation also provide that interim dividends may be implemented by resolution of the Board of Directors.

Since our founding, we have not paid dividends. Our basic policy is to retain earnings internally to support future business development and strengthen our management foundation. We use retained earnings to strengthen our financial position, improve operational efficiency, and support continuous business expansion. If we do pay dividends, we plan to do so once per year as a year-end dividend, with interim dividends also possible.
