Our basic policy is to implement stable dividend payments while taking into account the strengthening of our financial position and the accumulation of retained earnings necessary for active business development. Going forward, we will continue to invest management resources in business fields expected to grow from a medium- to long-term perspective, thereby working to achieve sustainable growth, enhance corporate value, and increase shareholder value.</p>

<p style="margin-left: 28px; line-height: 17.333333333333333333333333333px; text-align: left">Regarding dividend distributions for the current fiscal year, the Board of Directors resolved at its meeting held on May 12, 2025, to pay a dividend of 40 yen per share (total amount of 109,101 thousand yen).</p>

<p>We position profit returns to shareholders as a top management priority. Our basic dividend policy is to maintain stable dividends while balancing the need to strengthen our financial position and build internal reserves necessary for aggressive business expansion. The Board of Directors decides on both interim and year-end dividends.</p>
