As the Company is currently in a growth phase, acquired funds are allocated primarily to critical business investments, including equipment and system investments and human resource recruitment and development. Accordingly, the Company has not paid dividends since its establishment, including in the current fiscal year.</p><p class="smt_text2" style="orphans:0;widows:0;text-align:justify;padding-left:9pt;padding-right:0pt;margin-top:0pt;margin-bottom:0pt;text-indent:9pt;font-family:'ＭＳ 明朝';letter-spacing:0pt;line-height:15pt;">Going forward, the Company will work to strengthen profitability and establish a stable business foundation early, secure sound financial health, and make appropriate management decisions based on performance, the business environment, and future business developments, with the aim of implementing shareholder returns including dividends.</p><p class="smt_text2" style="orphans:0;widows:0;text-align:justify;padding-left:9pt;padding-right:0pt;margin-top:0pt;margin-bottom:0pt;text-indent:9pt;font-family:'ＭＳ 明朝';letter-spacing:0pt;line-height:15pt;">When distributing retained earnings as dividends, the Company's basic policy is to pay year-end dividends once annually. The Articles of Incorporation provide that interim dividends as prescribed in Article 454, Paragraph 5 of the Companies Act may be paid. The Board of Directors decides on interim dividends, while the General Meeting of Shareholders decides on year-end dividends.</p>

<p>The company is currently in a growth phase and prioritizes capital expenditures and human resource investments, so it does not currently pay dividends. However, the company aims to strengthen profitability and establish a stable business foundation, and intends to implement shareholder returns such as dividends in consideration of business performance and the operating environment. When dividends are implemented, the basic policy is to pay dividends once per year at the fiscal year-end.</p>
