<p>During the medium-term management plan period (October 2024 to September 2027), our basic policy is to maintain or increase dividend payments, with a target payout ratio of approximately 20-50%. While our basic policy is to pay dividends once annually through the year-end dividend, interim dividends may also be implemented. Retained earnings will be allocated to strengthening existing businesses, capital investment and research and development investment for new business development, and human resource development investment.</p>
