<p>Our basic policy is to comprehensively balance shareholder returns with building internal reserves, and to respond flexibly according to business performance and market conditions. For the time being, we will determine dividend amounts based on a payout ratio of 30% or higher, with year-end dividends as our standard practice. We will allocate retained earnings toward preparing for future business expansion and funding system development activities.</p>
