<h3>3. Dividend Policy</h3>
The Company recognizes returning profits to shareholders as an important management priority. We will determine our profit distribution policy by carefully considering our financial position, operating results, cash flow status, and future business plans.
No dividend was paid during the current fiscal year. This is because the Company is currently in a growth phase, and we believe that strengthening internal reserves, reinforcing our financial position, improving operational efficiency, and investing in business expansion will ultimately deliver the greatest return to shareholders.
When we distribute surplus earnings, we plan to pay dividends once per year at the fiscal year-end. The dividend decision-making authority rests with the shareholders' meeting.
Additionally, our articles of incorporation provide that interim dividends may be approved by board of directors resolution.

We determine our profit distribution policy by carefully considering our financial position, business performance, cash flow status, and future business plans. We basically implement dividends once a year at the fiscal year-end, while maintaining the capability to pay interim dividends as needed. We allocate retained earnings to strengthen our corporate foundation, improve operational efficiency, and invest in business expansion, with the aim of achieving sustainable growth.
