<p class="smt_text2" style="orphans:0;widows:0;">The Company recognizes returning profits to shareholders as an important management priority. Our basic policy is to continue providing stable dividends while taking into account future business development and strengthening our financial position.</p>

For this reason, no dividend was paid in the current fiscal year. We also plan no dividend for fiscal year 2025, but we will reconsider our shareholder return policy in light of economic conditions and our business performance.</p>

Our basic policy is to pay dividends twice annually: an interim dividend and a year-end dividend. The interim dividend is decided by the Board of Directors, while the year-end dividend is decided by the shareholders' meeting.</p>
