<h3>3. Dividend Policy</h3>
Under the provisions of Article 459, Paragraph 1 of the Companies Act, our Articles of Incorporation stipulate that the Board of Directors may determine matters specified in each item of that paragraph through board resolution. The 30th fiscal period, which is a transitional period due to the fiscal year change, runs for 15 months from January 1, 2025 to March 31, 2026. We have set March 31 as the record date for year-end dividends and September 30 as the record date for interim dividends. Our Articles of Incorporation also allow for dividend payments on other record dates as determined by the Board.
Our Group recognizes profit returns to shareholders as an important management priority. Our basic capital policy is to consider profit returns at levels that reflect business performance, while also taking into account retained earnings necessary for future business development.
However, regarding the year-end dividend for the current fiscal period, we have decided to forgo dividend payments, prioritizing the stability of our financial foundation.
Our Group is committed to working toward early business recovery and the resumption of dividends. We will invest retained earnings in improving business performance, strengthening our management foundation, enhancing cost competitiveness, and developing services that meet market needs.

The company's basic policy is to return profits to shareholders at levels that reflect business performance, while also considering retained earnings needed for future business development. Dividends are paid twice annually, with fiscal year-end on March 31st and interim dividend record date on September 30th. Retained earnings are allocated to investment in improved performance, strengthened management foundation, and service development.
