<h3>3. Dividend Policy</h3>
(1) Basic Dividend Policy
The Company recognizes returning profits to shareholders as an important management priority. Our basic policy is to maintain stable dividends while securing internal reserves necessary for future business expansion and strengthening our financial foundation.
 
(2) Basic Policy on Dividend Frequency per Fiscal Year
Our Articles of Incorporation provide for the payment of dividends from surplus with a specified record date. When paying dividends from surplus, our basic policy is to pay year-end dividends once per fiscal year.
 
(3) Dividend Decision Authority
Interim dividends are decided by the Board of Directors, while year-end dividends are decided by the General Shareholders' Meeting.
 
(4) Dividend Decision Rationale for the Current Fiscal Year and Use of Internal Reserves
In the current fiscal year, the Company has undertaken aggressive hiring and other initiatives to expand operations, and has prioritized building internal reserves. Accordingly, no dividend from surplus has been paid. The Company intends to use retained earnings effectively to strengthen its financial position and fund future business expansion.
 
(5) Interim Dividends
Our Articles of Incorporation provide that interim dividends may be paid as permitted under Article 454, Paragraph 5 of the Companies Act.

Our basic policy is to maintain stable dividends while securing retained earnings. We typically pay dividends once per fiscal year as a year-end dividend. We plan to use retained earnings to strengthen our financial position and fund business expansion.
